Upon receiving truthful answers, additional questions may have to be asked. Only upon receipt and analysis of a great deal of information, we are able to render an opinion in regards to a question posed by you.
Only if we decide that a visa could be issued to you, we will inform you of our opinion and the best approach to your immigration goals. We do not accept cases where we believe that an applicant may not be able to enter the US.
As attorneys, we are paid for the time we spend on helping you. Therefore, we do NOT provide consultations for free. Once you fill out a questionnaire and schedule a consultation with us via telephone or Skype, we will be able to provide you with a comprehensive analysis in regards to any question you pose. Our fee is $100 for a 30 minute consultation. If we accept the case, we apply the consultation fee to our legal fee.
